Scottish Ceilidh Dance
Scottish Ceilidh Dancing incorporates styles from the Royal court, Ballet and Folk dancing. It is a mix of partner, group and individual dance.
It can be slow and also extremely fast but is suitable for adults of varied fitness levels as will be taught in both high and low impact.
If you've never tried it before then expect the best fun ever.

Bollywood Dance
Bollywood dance is a fun and vibrant fusion of a wide variety of dance styles including modern, Indian and commercial dance. "Kathak", one of the traditional Bollywood genres, literally means to tell a story, and in many ways, that's what dance does.
Come along and let your body tell your story. This class is perfect for adults of all levels and experience, and will give you the chance to keep fit while trying something new and immersing yourself in a new culture.
